They host activities like wine nights, smores nights, Santa and Cookies and more. I could complain about the smallest thing (like some people do) and the on site maintenance is on the ball in the blink of an eye. They also never made me feel like a chore when I had to call them twice a day for a month because construction workers would blare their music at 7am. Pros: Solid and beautiful apartments kept in great condition State of the art fitness center with towels and a glamorous general restrooms so you can work out and if you need to, go to the bathroom Beautiful pool that's really well kept up THE OUTDOOR LOUNGE IS TO DIE FOR! Really convenient car station that doesn't charge for wash, vacuum or air Free printer and computer use Badass clubhouse with warm fireplace (if you don't like the music they change it for you if you want to play pool) Extreme amount of lounge space that's comfortable and quiet and resort like Awesome coffee, tea and treat courtesy Storage everywhere in the apartments with a fridge that has a built in icemaker Valet trash pickup and dry cleaning pick up grillmaster's grill outside and plugins for grills on your patios Cons: Heaven forbid you live below someone that is Godzilla. Other than that, I've only heard someone's tv a few times but a fan drowns it out There are the occasional children that like to play outside The one bedrooms are limited with light from my knowledge. It's hard to get a bunch of really nice natural light The kitchens have a 'cold and dark' feel. All the grey and dark tones with a fluorescent lighting kind of gives a cold feeling to the place. You also aren't allowed to paint anything The countertop breakfast bar is ridiculous with height. Be prepared to have to purchase 34" or 36" stools at a terrifying $250 each in order to get that height. Very little people here can find stools at a reasonable price and comfortable style. Unless you're a basketball player you may have a hard time Some people think it's cute to let their enormous dogs run without leashes and are okay with them approaching you (not safe for children) some people like to think the tight parking lot and driving areas are raceways and don't pay attention Other than those, this is by far the best place I've ever lived in my whole life. No spiders, no roaches, and I only saw the remains of a mouse once in the parking lot. Love it *UPDATE* I've been living here now for almost 7.5 months. It is somewhat getting unbearable. The noise from everywhere is constant. They decided to redo stuff in the parking lot which is nice because it had a few potholes. But if it's not leafblowers at 7-8am, it's NOW enormous bobcats going up and down and breaking large slabs of concrete. After business hours this slows down, which is nice, but I've noticed the parking lot is literally so close that if someone decides to talk on their cellphone, if you have your windows open it wakes you up. There has been construction for almost 4 out of the 7.5 months I've lived here. Or people like to stomp up and down the stairs and hang out in the hallways at all odd hours of the night. Or worse, the people CLEAR across the parking lot in other buildings may have a small party on their balcony where they're just talking normally and laughing, which is their right, but the sound carries and I have to close my windows. It is summer time but it is still so dark in my kitchen and living room I have to turn on lights. The pool area can get obnoxious, and I wish they would have a "no children" time after like 7 or 8pm.
Overpriced door handles fall off. Liked the old maintenance people. Overall Uncomfortable Atmosphere.
