I've given my money to this company going on 3 years. Rent is due the 6th of every month and after that is a late fee of almost 100 dollars . One month , I got paid the 8th and asked did they mind . Management was nasty and said they refused to let two days slide no matter how long I've lived there and they don't give grace . Now I understand policy is policy but they seem not to know that good customer service goes far and would make someone want to stay . With that said , I'll be looking for another apartment this year just because of the poor attitude I received. Also ... Utilities here are sky high ! So be prepared . I pay between 140-200 every month for a one bed bedroom on top of rent of 729 for a one bed . So with that said , I will gladly find another place since they don't appreciate the 2.5 years I've been here . Also , I see new faces in the office every other month . No loyalty or good management . Moral of the story ... Keep looking .
Was amazing when it was a Lifestyle Community... Since its been under new ownership the rates are horrible, the staff is horrible and the service is horrible. Couldn't wait to move. Would give Dietz Property Group -10 stars if I could. Lived there for 4 years in a 1 bdr townhome. All electric but beware of NEP, not cheap at all. Move into a nearby Lifestyle community if you can... Don't waste you time or your money on this
Im a current resident. The community is a pretty quiet community for the most part, and the upkeep of the grounds are pretty good. Also, the maintenance team is outstanding as well as the people in the rental office, are pretty friendly. The reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 5, is simply due to the price and some there are also some other minor things. For the price that you pay at this community, at others you can get twice of what you pay for. First off I live in a 2 bedroom townhome, that has 1.5 bath, NO patio or porch, NO basement. The Appliances are Mediocre at best(again for the price you pay in rent). I pay $850 a month in rent, not to mention the ASTRONOMICAL price you pay for utilities through Nationwide Energy Partners. For $850-$1300 a month at other communities you can live in a 2 bed town home or apartment with fireplace, or basement, hardwood or laminate flooring and granite countertops. The current appliances are Mediocre at best, the bonus is that Washer and Dryers come with the units. As for the utility bill, be prepared to pay upward close to $200-300 for Heating in the Winter and $180 in the summer if you are running A/C. The units are drafty in the winter and don't seem to be insulated very well. Pros of living here • Close to all kinds of Shopping and Food • The community is Clean and Very Diverse • The Staff seem to Be Friendly for the most part • Washer and Dryer Included • Pet Friendly • Good School District Cons • Not good Value for the Price • Utilities are Very High • Appliances are Mediocre • Interior of units can feel Cheap at times. • The amount of Geese around the Community
I have lived here from 2014-2015. Pros Good apartment Maintenance staff is friendly and quick in response Good pool Next to target Cons Rules n staff
They told me 9 days ahead of move in day that the apartment would not be ready for another week. They did not get it ready for move in as they committed to doing. Do not live there unless you want problems and people that say things they cannot follow though on.
