Hello! I am looking for a new roommate to move in immediately. My roommate is moving out soon and we need someone to take over their lease. Rent is 620 a month all utilities except electric are included. The apartment comes fully furnished with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave as well. The complex is pet friendly, any size! I own an adorable and friendly Boston Terrier of my own named Oliver and I would not mind any other pets moving in with us! Plus, we are located right next to campus which is super convenient for anyone who does not own a car!
