An application process typically takes 2-3 business days but it depends on the applicant, employers, and landlords. All applicants ages 18+ must submit a fully completed, dated and signed rental application with a paid non refundable application fee of $45.00.
With the exception of proper documented service/companion animals of any kind are only permitted with approval of ProCore Property Management, LLC within the lease. A nonrefundable fee of $250.00 per pet is required. An administration fee of $15.00 per month per pet is required. The following dog breeds will not be allowed in our properties: German Shepherds, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Rottweilers or any mix breeds that are part of the foregoing breeds.
There is an additional monthly furnace filter replacement charge of $10.00. Every quarter, a furnace filter will be shipped to you so that you can replace the dirty filter with a clean one. By changing your furnace filter(s) every quarter this will save you up to 10% on your utility bills. It is vitally important that your filters are replaced to protect the integrity of the HVAC system in the house.
LEASING ADMINISTRATION CHARGE:
There is a one time charge of $55.00 for the creation and procurement of the lease agreement.
