After always paying rent early, I paid one month a day late as I was out of town for the holiday weekend and forgot to get it in earlier. On the second day of the month, I received a delinquent notice with extremely high late charges and attorney fees. Yes, attorney fees. As if I haven't paid rent in weeks or months. The notice was very threatening (legal action and court) and when they received my check on the 2nd, they refused to take it. Now I must go get them a money order because apparently my money is no longer trusted. Being treated like a criminal for being one day late one time is ridiculous. Then they ask why I have turned in my notice to vacate at the end of my current lease. LOL wish I could give a 0
Horrible!!! Apartment was infested with roaches that i noticed the day after signing the lease. Had to threaten a lawsuit in order to be allowed to switch apartments. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They lied about having verizon service available when its not (only phone service, which they neglected to mention). I am absolutely moving once my lease is up.
I have no idea who these people are posting crap about the staff at this apartment complex because my experience today was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and the apartment we viewed was clean and well kept. Sure everywhere there a few bad apples but whoever says the staff here is no good is probably an idiot themselves.
Impressions has recently gotten new office staff and they're all terrible. They're unprofessional, rude, and can't take responsibility for their mistakes. They also just give packages away without checking ID's, which is completely ridiculous. They have no idea how to run a leasing office.
Please do not move there!!! These people are very crooked, they will nickel and dime you for the whole entire time you are renting from them paying my rent on time . This was the worst mistake I made for my family! I had to pay 27.00 for legal notice fee , I was accused of not paying my rent on time. January 1st 2013was on a Monday, office was closed. I arrived at the office January 2, 2013 10:30 am when the office opened. I was told by the manager I have to pay legal notice because it had already gone out? At 10:30 in the morning? They had just arrived at the office with a coffee still in one hand, jacket thrown on the back of the chair, I protested , this is not right , said with a smile you should have put the rent in a drop box that was just put up over week. end that I was not told about. Remember I was there when the office opened. still had to pay legal fee for some notice that was not sent out yet. I received my notice the following Monday. Please do not rent from these people are thieves!!!!! I am going to make a package and send to the news media in Newport News, Virginia. I am still kicking myself for this horror. I moved out at the end of May got a call today from them ..saying I owe 269.00 for a in in the carpet, I stated we did a walk thru there was no stain! I was told ...It was a outside company,so They say, what the heck! Then in the same breath I was told I owe for the water bill, well the rent and water is paid in the same bill, Oh he said , I can take that off.. the question is why are you charging me for a bill already paid 2 months ago!!!!! I owe nothing, They do not want to give me back my deposit! People just don't do it!!!!
