I'm a 24 year old female Masters student. I'm in the Counseling and Mental Health program at Penn and want to be an elementary school guidance counselor. I am clean, courteous, and quiet. I don't smoke or do drugs. I like to play squash, exercise, go out, watch tv, and explore the city, among other hobbies and interests.
I live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in 2400 Chestnut. My roommate is moving out due to the cost, so I am looking for a new roommate to move in any time between June and August. Rent is $2135 per month (split between two people), and we pay electricity. Usually I pay $1100-$1150 per month. The apartment is big; there is plenty of space. There are two free washers and dryers on the floor, plus a gym in the basement. Parking is $120 per month, which is CHEAP for the city. And there's a doorman for security. The building also provides a van that takes residents to Penn.
