I am a 23 year old (F) young professional and would like to share a 2 bedroom,
2 bath apartment at the Promenade with another young professional or graduate
student (F). The apartment is on the fifth floor and has a balcony facing the
garden. The Promenade is very safe and is located in one of the best
neighborhoods of Baltimore. There is an outdoor pool, community room, business
center with wireless internet access in the building and the MAC gym is right
across the street. The building also has a package acceptance service with in-
home delivery. The apartment is new with stainless steel appliances, six feet
windows and granite counter tops.
I am looking for a clean fun-loving roommate to share this apartment with. No
smokers please. The lease will be a one year lease and will start from July
15th but can be negotiated. However, I want to settle all of this by June 1st.
Also, the apartment is relatively new, so you can pick and choose the
furniture that you like for the apartment.
