Roommate needed. We have a unique 2-story 3 bed room apartment. All 3 bed
rooms are large, 14 by 13. We just finished installing new wood floors and
ceramic tile in the kitchen and we have a huge bath with new ceramic tile. We
already have two roommates Robert who is in his 30's and manages The Limited
Store in Columbia. The other roommate Malik is a nurse at Hopkins. I am the
landlord and offered to help them find a replacement roommate. Of course if
you are interested in the space I will be happy to put you in touch with each
other so that you can get a chance to meet. They are both is a great guys and
has already have the Comcast for cable and internet set up..
If you go to school or work at Hopkins the Hospital is 5 blocks away and the
shuttle is about 11/2 blocks from the house. It is also an easy walk to
Patterson Park.
If you are not familiar with the area you may want to check out the Friends of
Patterson Park, and the Baltimore Sports and Social club web sites. They can
provide you with information about activities at the park ranging from the ice
rink, tennis courts and swimming pool to free concerts, kickball, softball,
volleyball, flag football etc. . .
