Hi, we have a good size room for rent in a 2 family home. Located near Queens
College. Only 2 blocks away from many buses. Supermarkets, deli, laundromat,
restaurants are all within 5 mins walking distance. Very safe and quiet street
and cars can street park WITHOUT street cleaning hours. We will split internet
and gas bills. Please no smoking within the house and be clean. There is no
bugs in the house and we want to keep it that way. Available in June. Thanks
