storage. Can fit a full size bed and a desk or a dresser. Room is painted
green, but you can paint it to your liking. $700 includes gas, electricity,
internet, and hot water. Must pay 1 month's rent and 1 month's security
deposit.
About you: Please be a clean, neat, and respectable person. Non smoker
preferred. Be responsible and maintain the common living space. Prefer working
professional but students are acceptable. Must be able to show proof of income
or how you will be able to pay ontime.
About the apartment: Share a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and
balcony.
