The room is the largest in the house, right at the entrance. It has plenty of
light from the large windows, pretty decent closet space, and your own
shower/bath and sink. It also has a back entrance from the yard! Our house is
beautiful, in a great location too - just south of Tiguex Park and Old Town
Rd. We've got a kitchen w/dishwasher, dining room, two living rooms spaces!, a
back patio, and a yard. The house has a good vibe to it... Good lighting, tile
floors, wooden vigas on the ceiling, charm. It could use some more art and
furniture though (we are working on that). House is close to popular bus lines
(66 and 766), close to a laundromat, and close to Old Town plaza, shops,
restaurants, cafes, bakery, the Bosque, downtown, and the freeway.
Junie & I (Sarah) are great roommates- respectful, clean, organized, and fun.
Mostly we spend our time at home cooking, relaxing, playing music, cleaning,
studying, creating art, DJing, and having friends over occaissionally for
dinner, drinks, or a BBQ. Junie is working on his dissertation and I am
working as a Planner for a conservation agency. We both enjoy doing stuff in
the outdoors (camping, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking) and are learning
to grow veggies in a community garden.
