(19-22). I am transferring to CSULB this fall and looking for someone to sign
a year lease on the apartment complex in Park Avenue Apartments. It is a 2
bedroom/2 bathroom and you would have a bathroom and bedroom to yourself for
only $800 a month utilities included. The apartment is really nice and
spacious for two girls. I'm a chill/fun person and I get along with everyone.
I also like to have fun when the time is right so I hope your not a debbie
downer. I do have a small dog that would be visiting occasionally so I hope
