This is a three bedroom apartment the other two rooms are occupied by two Fordham University students (females).

This room is furnished (it has a bed/pillow/desk/chair / closet), no need to buy furniture, it's a large saving at your end.

Walking distance to the Fordham campus is only eight (8) minutes. There are six other apartments rented to college students, and they are nice tenants.

This is a walkup building your room will be on the 3rd floor.

Apartment has four (4) moderate rooms - (three bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom).

The apartment has a new refrigerator, it also microwave, and a kitchen table/chairs.

Your portion of the rent will be $550 plus the security deposit of $550, the deposit will be returned back to you when you leave the apartment..

Utilities (Gas/Electric) paid by tenant noramlly around $25 per month payed by each person.

Heat & water paid by landlord. High speed Internet is available for $8 per month.

Neighborhood is quite, safe and the people are friendly. This area has three large supermarkets (C-Town, Modern Food Center and the Arthur Ave Market).

There are also over 10 restaurants, deli's (open 24/7), pizza shops, three banks and two Laundromats, one is open 24/7.

Building is quite, clean, and the building entrance door requires a key to get in, no one will be at your door without calling you first.
