I will be leaving for the summer on June 9th and was wondering if anyone
wanted to take over my lease. It would be from June 10th until Aug 18th. The
rent is $675 per month and includes free utilities, cable, internet-WiFi, and
A/C. The room is very nice and includes your own private bathroom. It is
located at Asbury Green Student Apartments next to DU. If you are a student
taking summer classes and want to get out of the dorms this place is perfect!
The room is a 2x2 (2 bedroom-2 bathroom) so you would also have a roommate.
The rent for June would be pro-rated.
