THE TERMS:

The term of the sublet would begin June 1 and go thru October 14th.

You would pay $1,345 for June 1-30

$1,345 for July 1-31

$1,345 for August 1-31

Pay $0 FREE for September 1-30 and October 1-14

That's a total of $4,035 for 4.5 months which equals an average rent of $896.66/month

You also need a $1,345 security deposit.
