I'm looking for someone to move in to my beautiful Gramercy two-bedroom
apartment in mid-June. The room is 12x14, and comes furnished with a full bed,
an awesome & huge silver dresser, nightstand, bookshelf and desk. It also has
a gigantic closet AND exposed brick! (Basically, if you need somewhere with a
lot of clothing space, welcome home!) Pictures will be posted today. A little
New York quirk: the only bathroom is through the roommate's bedroom.
You'll be living with a female student. She's pretty busy and hopes you will
be too, with a fulltime job or student life. Ideally, you'll be in your
twenties to early thirties, drama-free, social with a good balance between
work and play, and a big believer in direct communication. Female only. Also,
please be neither OCD nor a complete slob. Sorry, but the landlord doesn't
allow pets. I'm looking for someone to sublet starting June 8th (so June will
be prorated) until the end of August. The right roommate could get on the
lease for another year, if she wanted. Both dates are flexible. Rent includes
utilities.
