Amazing amazing Midtown East apartment. Not only is your bedroom large with 10' ceilings, you will have an 11'x25' personal deck to call your own! Only reason I am leaving the apt. is because I accepted an offer in California and must leave by end of month. As I have to leave immediately, you will have to take over my lease. Their is a 2.4x deposit required (which amounts to $3,350) - do not answer this post unless you can dish that out for security deposit and can sign on to the lease.

The roommates you would live with are all fun and social people. All are not around much and on different schedules.

As for apartment - everyone who sees the deck first off falls in love with the apt. I wanted to sign the lease immediately when I saw it. Full size NEW Charbroil BBQ to use out there. My current roommate has 55" VIZIO backlit LED TV so you are set there in the living room. Less than year old couches (large one has pullout for company too), new kitchen installed by landlord 3 months ago. Share a bathroom with one guy. Hallway that leads from living room out to deck can store a bike, skateboard, etc. All in all, you will only need furniture for your bedroom. The closet rack in the pictures is staying and you will be able to use. Fit almost all of my clothes there.

I can have people to see the place Friday 5/18 after work (between 6-9), Saturday during the morning and daytime before 5pm, or sometime Sunday - AND ONLY IF you can put down that deposit. I need to get that money back before I head back to the West Coast so hope you understand! My last day in NY is Thursday 5/24 so will need to have everything handled by then. You could start moving stuff in 5/25.
