hey there-

need someone to sublet my lovely room in williamsburg for the month of june. if you so desire, the room can be available as early as sunday may 27th for an extra $29 a day. here's the sitch:

THE ROOM:

small/medium sized room in a 1st floor apt with a window + closet, quiet and not facing out onto the street.

THE HOUSE:

five people living here total, great roommates, decent kitchen, shower+bathtub, rooftop access. all roommates are art/music/fashion types, mix of boys+girls, lotsa busy schedules, coming and going but solid communal vibe. do not be surprised if a couple people are up at 1am hanging in the kitchen watching x-files and doing nails, but it's not a party house. we're in one of those big williamsburg apt buildings with neighbors on all sides so overall things are relatively domestic.

YOU:

clean, chill, preferably vibing with the art/music/fashion vibe of the house but def not a must. here's what's a MUST:

-pay all rent up front -clean up dishes + messes (do we even have to go over this in 2012?) -make eye contact, communicate clearly and calmly, don't be some lurking creep -have interests and a life and stuff. if you have a bf/gf/something a little more casual, that's fine, bring em over. you don't have to lay out some sad sack rap about how you'll "never be home" or something, please be home sometimes!!! but also be out of the home sometimes cuz you live in NYC and it'd be weird if you weren't. -no death drugs/hard hard boozing/smoking in the room (nah dawg) or house -no retarded behavior (BLASTING tunes at 2am, painting the room, selling weed out of the house, CL hookups, you know...) yea so that's pretty much it. doesn't have to be a match made in heaven, just something solid and mutually amicable. definitely ONE MONTH ONLY so let's just get together and make this happen!
