Loft carpets cleaned by noon today move in tonight ONE Person ONLY. This very close to down town. There is gas forced air and AC in this house. I pay the gas, electric and water- You would have to pay your own cable and internet.

Loft Near Downtown Furnished all Utls paid except cable and internet. I use the main floor 2 rooms for storage during the week and on the weekends I open the main floor to run my estate sales (only sat and sun). The door to the loft has its own private entrance which you will be provided a key to. You will enter at the back of the property. It is a quite area with one exception. This house is one block from the rail-road track and when the trains go by you hear their whistles. One year lease for ONE PERSON ONLY. If you are going to share this space will a partner I will require an additional $150 per month extra. I am really just interested in rented to one low -key person. If you party or have drinking or drug problems or intend to have lots of guests PLEASE DON'T CALL. Perfect for a student that needs a quite place to study with no other people around. Also great for someone that has a over the road job. No oven- microwave cooking only. Includes Washer no dryer. You would share the bathroom and separate shower with ONLY one other tenant who is a Christian in his early 50s' and very quite/peaceful and respectful man who has rented and worked for me for 3 years. Require $550 security deposit. Pet friendly but require $300 pet deposit per animal- there is a nice fenced in area out back if you have a dog -please no payment plans -all deposits and 1st months rent required to be put up at lease signing. You will be given keys for the back gate and back door and your loft once all moneys have been paid in CASH -please NO CHECKS. You will be given a receipt for your cash as well as the lease to document your CASH paid. This is the only house on the block so there are no other people around except when I do my estate sales only on the weekends and only when the weather is nice. The back lot is not included in the loft rental for I use it for storage for my trucks and trailers and estate storage.
