Looking for a female to rent out my room in a 2 bedroom apartment as i am
leaving by the end of May. Need someone IMMEDIATELY.
About the place: Well its 2 bedroom apartment.. Very huge place. Your room is
really big. Can fit a queen to King size bed and a dress in there. Also You
have 2 gigantic closets.
The Kitchen is huge also, all appliances are there. Nice cozy living room
space. and decent size bathroom. The apartment has cable tv and internet that
is shared by you and your roommate.
Close to Astoria Blvd Subway station. (About a 5 to 8 minute walk)
About your roommate: Female, cool fun person. She works nights so in evenings,
the place is mostly yours :) She is very easy to get along with. She does have
overnight guest once in a while over. (You can have overnight guest too)
There is also a live in landlord in the building as well. She is looking for
first and security upon moving in if you like the place. so total for move in
would be $1650.
