We are two women in their mid-twenties looking for a 3rd (female) roommate for
our Park Slope apt. One roommate works in the food industry and the other
works at a property management firm. We have pretty busy schedules so we are
looking for a roommate who does their own thing and who is responsible and
courteous. Our interests include: running, netflix, wine, old school nintendo,
singing. We are looking for someone to move in June 1 (there is a possibility
of an earlier move in if interested, please make that clear in your email to
us) and who would join the lease starting August 1. Please be aware: this is
not a sublet situation. We are only looking for potential roommates who will
sign the renewal of the lease in August. You would just be moving in a little
earlier.
Please note: as of August 1st (when the lease is renewed), the rent will be
$916 a month.

Move in is one month security plus one month rent.
