I am seeking a female roommate to share my fabulous apartment starting on July 1st. I may be able to accommodate a few days earlier if needed. I live on 51st street on a tree lined street in a building that has been renovated. It has a 24 hours doorman, an on-site gym, air conditioning, and on-site laundry. It is very safe, quiet and convenient. There are two large rooms roughly 20X12 with a huge window in each room and high ceilings. These rooms are twice the size of typcial NYC bedrooms - big enough for a queen or king bed plus desk, dresser, couch and chair and coffee table (I have all this in my room as you can see in the pictures). They live like a studio with separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is all updated (roughly 10X10) with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and full refrigerator. This is a flex one bedroom with the separate living room converted to the second bedroom. I now live in the flex converted living room and am happy to stay there as long as my roommate is considerate and relatively quiet. Your unfurnished room has a large closet along one wall with hardwood floors and the same size window as in my room (see picture). I anticipate the rent will be around $1575 each starting July 1st. Heat and water is included in the rent.

I'm a professional female working in the healthcare financial services industry in Midtown on the west side. I have been in the city for two years now since college. I typically work 12 hour plus days and often go to work on weekends. I run for exercise so if you like to run that would be great. I spend most of the time when I'm home, usually watching a show online or reading but I am also friendly. I go out occasionally but never bring the party home. One important thing - I like to keep my apartment clean so I am looking for someone that is like minded, especially the common areas. I am fairly quiet around the apartment and hope someone will be the same. With a flex apartment, loud music and slamming doors can be disruptive to others.

I am seeking a female roommate who is considerate and has a steady job and steady income. Must be willing to pay all bills on time and be willing to keep the common areas of the apartment clean. Must also be willing to split common household product costs. I would like someone who is social but that doesn't bring the party home. No smoking or drugs. Occasional weekend guests are fine.
