I am looking for a housemate to share my 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home off of Mountain Road in Wells Park neighborhood of Downtown. I recently (green) renovated this old adobe bungalow house and amenities include forced air heating/ cooling, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, large kitchen, dishwasher, washer+dryer, large front porch and yard, parking off-street, and high-speed wifi. Walking distance to Lomas and Downtown buslines; Biking distance to UNM / CNM; near parks, museums, Bosque trails and other neighborhood amenities. Good freeway access to both I-40 and I-25.

The 950+/- sq.ft. house (except the room) is furnished, so I'm hoping to find someone without a ton of belongings or storage needs, though some storage can be accommodated in backyard shed. The room is about 11'x12' and has an average size closet w/ built in organizer.

Asking $450/month which includes gas, electric, water/trash, wi-fi internet (but no TV). $200 damage deposit. References, please. Would like a semester or 6 month commitment, but am open to other terms.
