My roommate is moving to another country and a room has freed up in our
Harlem/Morningside apartment.
The room is spacious, has two south facing windows, a big closet and a private
bathroom.
The room is currently furnished and my roommate is selling all of his
furniture as a batch for 175. All of that furniture could be resold at the end
of August for at least the same amount of money when all the Columbia students
move into the neighborhood.
Utilities are $30/month for wifi, gas, electricity, and water.
There is a deposit of $975 to move in the room.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a charmy 1900 building. It is
clean and spacious and has a large living room with a well equipped kitchen.
3 min walking distance from 2/3 express line at 110th Central Park North, 3
minutes to A/C train on 1167th, 5 min to Central Park and Morningside Park. 10
minutes to Columbia University.
There are cheap grocery shops, nice cafes, restaurants and bakeries around the
corner.
Harlem is vibrant neighborhood with a great sense of community.
We are two 24 year old Europeans (girl and guy) interning at international
organisations, preferably looking for a woman of similar age range.
