The room has 2 big windows, and a large built-in closet. The rest of the
apartment has lots of room to move around. Living room, big kitchen with
stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, and recently renovated bathroom.
There is a pantry and linen closet. There is one other respectful roommate. I
just moved in and got a job offer out-of-town, which is the only reason I'm
leaving this place! Since we just got here there is plenty of room to "nest."
We're looking for someone respectful and neat who will pay the bills on time.
Super close to transit options- 2/3 is 2 blocks away and M7 stops at the next
block. 8 minute walk to 125th Street with crosstown buses to Metro North, the
A/C/B/D, and M60 to LaGuardia airport. Lenox & 125th has tons of shopping and
restaurants (H&M;, Marshalls, CVS, Starbucks, Red Rooster just to name a few).
Laundry and grocery a block away. Close to City College and Harlem Hospital.
