I am looking to rent out my single room in a two bedroom apartment on the
upper east side for $350 a week from June 2nd through the 15th. The apartment
is a walk-up located on 89th and 2nd Avenue, a 5 minute walk from the 4/5/6
express stop on the subway. The apartment is spacious and pleasant, the
kitchen and the living room are separated by a standup bar and there is plenty
of closet space. The room you will be staying in has an air conditioner and
internet all set up and ready to go. It also has a queen sized bed and a desk,
chair and lamp in the room. My roommate is a female college student who is
clean and quiet and keeps to herself, she would probably prefer a girl but
that is by no means a restrictive statement since we are flexible. Couples are
welcome too. Shoot me an email if you are interested and we can set up a time
to discuss details and for you to view the room if you are interested (ideally
on the weekend or later in the evening on a weeknight since I tend to work
