We're looking for a third person, preferably a career or traveling
professional to share a great home in a great downtown location in the
Mountain & 8th Street area. The rent is $500 monthly with a small cleaning
deposit. You pay 1/3 of the utilities. (Electric, Gas, Water) We provide free
cable and computer network and lots of storage space for you. References or
pay stubs may be required - please be prepared to show some kind of document
that you're a responsible and a professional, gainfully employed individual.

The available bedroom is very nice and it's already nicely furnished, with 9ft
ceilings, a ceiling fan and a gorgeous dormer skylight. You share a bathroom
with one other professional housemate. Plenty of parking is available in the 2
car garage, driveway or at the curb. You have free access to all of the common
areas of the house, including a huge laundry room. All you have to do is keep
your room clean, do your own laundry and clean up after yourself.
The location is perfect for getting quickly to most of Albuquerque in a matter
of minutes - very close to downtown Save a lot of money in gasoline and
downtown parking. Less than a three minute drive to I25/I40 interchange, which
puts you within in reach of UNM, Kirtland AFB, or Presbyterian/Lovelace
hospitals in 10 minutes or less.
The house itself is new, with an alarm system, refrigerated A/C, oversize
water heater, and lots of extras. The living and dining room are large, with
arched entrys, glass block, an elegant island fireplace, and custom tile
throughout. The kitchen has all new top of the line appliances, oversize oak
cabinets, a separate pantry with your own food storage area, and custom tile
floors and countertops. The laundry room is quite large, with an adjacent half
bath. There are extra closets and storage space throughout.
There are two tenants presently living here, and are usually home in the
evenings and early mornings. They like it quiet most of the time, but have
friends and family over occasionally. You are welcome to do the same.
YOU MUST BE: On time with your rent & utilities! Clean & Neat! Not a party
animal! You must do your share to pick up after yourself and clean up after
yourself in the common areas. There are no pets allowed. BE ON TIME WITH YOUR
PAYMENTS!
