Beautiful studio in historic building. Large living area with a large closet (
plenty of shelf space), kitchen, bathroom, heater, large windows with wood
blinds. Some furniture is available upon request. There is a pull down
comfortable bed, but it can be removed (new mattress when moved in). Floors in
the kitchen and bathroom have tile, living area has wooden floor. Beautiful
built-in wooden shelf and drawers into one wall of the living area. The
building has free storage in the basement, locked in a safe location. Washer
and dryer is only 30 feet away from the Studio. Studio has its own private
access through the side of the building, or it can be accessed through the
main entrance. It has its own mail box in the lobby. Quiet place with parking
permits available for $17 a year.
Area is quiet and clean. Close to the freeway and walking distance to bars and
restaurants in downtown.
