I will have a vacancy in my amazing apartment for the month of June only -
This apartment is so fab it makes living in NYC much easier! It's a 2 br; your
one roommate would be me. I am really into art/film/music/wellness, very
clean, responsible and low-key at home - looking for someone nice, clean and
responsible as well.
We have laundry in the building, an elevator, very nice door-people, we're one
block from the B/C and 7 blocks to express A/D, near to Central & Morningside
parks and Columbia University, GREAT light, nice kitchen, drug store/coffee
shops/nice market all within a block. The available room is a good size, not
huge, but has a good double closet, street-facing window. My roommate has a
large desk, double bed, nightstand and a lot of storage boxes with space left
to move around. If needed, I'm sure a trunk like storage box could be easily
hidden in the living room or entryway closet as well. My roommate may be
leaving some furniture if you would like. The common area is furnished and we
have all the dishware one could possibly need.
Will be available for the month of June ONLY although you may be able to move
in some days earlier, tbd.
Oh, utilities are extra, but it's just Con. Ed & wifi - no cable. Please let
