Room & Private Bathroom Available June 1st

I have a bedroom and private bathroom available for $475/mo in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment next to Licton Springs Park (near NSCC, walking distance to Greenlake). I'd prefer a female roommate, but if the right situation includes a male roommate that's fine with me. The room is approx 10'x10' and has a nice large closet. The private bathroom is just outside the bedroom door. A large living space with 16' vaulted ceilings separates the bedrooms. There is a dishwasher in the unit, and coin-op W/D on site. W/S/G is included. Electric is paid every other month, and ranges from approx $20-120 (per person) every OTHER month; heat is included in the electric bill, so it's more in Winter and less in Summer. Internet and basic cable is ~$40/mo

I'm 32. Female. I work as a theater stage manager (production side of things), so my schedule is always changing as I move from show to show. Between shows I also work part-time as a companion/caregiver to my Great Aunt. I'm pretty laid back, and like to be able to relax in a quiet place when I come home. I pick up after myself, but I'm not obsessive about cleaning. I am considerate of others, and my aim is always a drama-free home. I'd love to have somebody with similar ideas regarding living situations.

I have pretty much everything needed for the living space, but I can move things around if you have stuff for the apartment. I do have one sweet and friendly cat who will be your buddy if you want her to be. I keep her stuff in my room to keep the apartment more people friendly. If you have a cat it might make the place a little crowded, but I would be willing to give it a shot. Management doesn't allow dogs, sorry.

The apartment will be available June 1. Move in costs = $38 application fee, then First and Last Months Rent + $200 Deposit.
