Gas & electricity approx $25-75 month depending on how much AC is used. Kitchen and laundry facilities are available within the apartment.

High ceilings with lots of light on the 2nd floor with full size bed, sofa, table& chair, drawers, shelving, and closet. Bed linens and towels can be made available. Wired for cable TV (not included in the rent) you will need to purchase these additional services.
