I have one large room available in my two bedroom Trinity house in Queens
Village. The house is three stories, has a small yard, kitchen, living room,
basement with washer and dryer, one bathroom (which you would share) and a
large bedroom. The total rent would be $500. That includes water, but you
would be responsible for all other utilities. The place can come furnished or
not. It is really up to you.
The house is in a great location on a quiet street. Ideally, move in date
would be May 1st, but I am flexible. If you have any questions or want to
