Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Queen
Village. The apartment is a one year lease beginning June 1st. Rent is $650
plus utilities. I will be able to set up times to send pictures and see the
place in the next week or so.
The apartment itself is pretty great. I'm looking for a roommate that really
wants to make a home out of it. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the
apartment. Good size living and connected kitchen area. Coin operated laundry
on sight. The apartment is smoke free. Great neighborhood bar on one corner
and a coffee shop on the other. Close to South Street, the Italian Market, Old
City, and an easy commute into Center City. You'd be living with myself and my
two year old dog. She is mid-sized, completely trained, and will quickly
become your best friend.
I am looking for a roommate that is preferably a young professional in their
20's. I work full-time 9-5 in Center City and keep calmer weekdays. Happy
hours are always a good time. I enjoy watching the Phillies struggle in their
attempt to put together a winning season, and I am excited to be a part of
this neighborhood. I can be the roommate that gives you space and leaves you
alone, or we can have a couple drinks sitting on the couch watching TV. I'm
looking for a drug free roommate (this place is not 4/20 friendly), and
someone one who is responsible and will pay rent and bills on time.
