We are looking for a FEMALE *young professional* roommate to take one room
(approx 7 x 11) in our three bedroom apartment!
About the two of us: we are two nice, tidy, and friendly girls in our mid-
twenties. We both work in the Manhattan (1 in advertising and 1 in
management). We generally keep the house pretty quiet, but we are also very
personable. We have one cat, but she generally keeps to herself. Due to this
though, we can't have another pet.
Location: 2.5 blocks from N/Q train (about a 5 minute walk).
Move in is June 1st. Rent is $600 monthly. Deposit is $900! The room is pretty
small, but fits a full bed and a dresser, and gets a ton of light.
Utilities are usually around $85/month.
