I have one totally furnished bedroom in a four bedroom house to sublet available from June 11th through the end of July. The room has the whole top floor of a row house and has a private bathroom. The house is located just north of Fell's Point and a couple blocks away from Patterson Park in the neighborhood Butcher's Hill. It is a really lovely house with original wood floors, a lot of natural light, and totally updated kitchen and bathrooms. The other people in the house are female Hopkins students in Public Health. We like to cook and be active and enjoy all the fun things Baltimore has to offer! We are looking for someone who is clean and easy going.

The house is an easy 10 minute walk to the Hopkins Med Campus (Public Health, Nursing, Med School and the Hospital) and two blocks from the shuttle which takes you to that campus, and connects with a shuttle going to the Homewood campus and the Bayview Medical Center. The neighborhood is also walkable to the bars and restaurants of Fells Point and Canton, and a nice short walk to the waterfront. Parking in the neighborhood is pretty easy, there is no permit zoning nearby, and we have a garage that we all share.
