I am looking to sublet my bedroom in a 3BR apartment for the summer. The two
other occupants of the apartment are both males in their 20's in graduate
school.
This large bedroom is fully furnished (bed, chair, desk, bookcase, drawers,
etc.) and has two closets. The apartment itself is newly renovated, and comes
with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and marble top counter. (See
pictures below.)
The apartment is located in Washington Heights, near Columbia Medical School.
It is a 3 minute walk to the 168th St. Subway Station, where the A/C/1 lines
run, making for a 20 minute commute to midtown.
The rent of $930/month does not include utilities and cable internet (WiFi),
which runs in the range of $25 - $45. The apartment is available for rent from
June 1 to August 31, although the dates are somewhat flexible. Depending on
circumstances, rent may be pro-rated depending on the length of stay.
