We're moving out of downtown due to a career change and need to get our
apartment rented.
We had planned on staying here long-term, so there have been some major
improvements to the unit. Main living and kitchen area have dark bamboo floors
and both bedrooms were recently redone with brand new carpet. The entire condo
has been painted, and the wall in both the master bedroom and common bathroom
have been redone has well.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen has granite and stainless
appliances.
There is a mount in the main living area for a large TV (it held my 50" with
no problem). The mount will stay behind when we move.
Our unit faces north, so our view is of the financial district. The building
across the street is 2 stories tall, so the view is not obstructed. The unit
comes with two side-by-side parking spots and a secure garage with two
clickers.
This unit is walking distance to all of San Diego's best. With Padres season
coming up, you're only 5 blocks from the game!
We'd prefer to have a tenant with a month-to-month lease, however we're open
to 6 month terms.
We'd also prefer no pets, since the flooring has been redone.
