The Apartment is 4 blocks from the Lorimer, L train stop, and 10 blocks from the Marcy, JMZ line. Lorimer is directly over the East river from Manhattan and it takes me 15 minutes to get to the city. The neighborhood is awesome and safe. Tons of young artists and musicians and young couples. Conveniently located down the street from a huge grocery store. We also have tons of take out delivery options, laundry on block, bars, restaurants all around us. McCarren park / Bedford Ave is a 10 minute walk. The Williamsburg Bridge is right down the street and has a great bike and jogging path I use almost daily.

The Apartment and the Bedroom:

- One Bedroom in a nicely sized 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1 kitchen / living area apartment - Top floor of a 2 story walk up. - Room looks out over Grand St at Leonard. You are on the main street side, so it's not the quietest spot, but with the AC or fan running, the sounds are drowned out. Above a store. Willyburg Cafe is across the street. - Large windows with lots of light. Hardwood floors. - The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, AC, large built in closet, and lamps. (If you have your own furniture, sorry, I can't accommodate) - Wireless internet, no cable. I do have a TV though with tons of DVD's. Roommates:

Male, 30 - Works freelance as a tutor.

Female, 6 - Small calico, runt of a cat.

We keep the place fairly chill so prefer you don't bring the party home often, but we're not prudes. I work in NYC gay nightlife.

The room is for a single occupant, No couples sorry. Must be gay friendly and not allergic to cats. Included in the sublet, you'd have to watch my cat for me. She is a small short hair and you'd just need to help making sure she's fed and give her attention every once in a while. She usually sleeps on the bed with me. No added pets allowed.

$900 pro-rated for June (missing the first week) and another $1100 a month plus Utilities for July. (Utilities come out to about $75 a month) $2125 to move in - prorated for remainder of the month of June and all of July with utilities). Also I could possibly be gone until August 6th, so that's another option for an added week.
