we are 2 roommates looking to fill a 3rd room after our last friend decided to
move to florida. we are nice and cleanly and are open to decorating
suggestions and improvements. everyone in the area is also very down to earth
and nice. my roommate and i are easy to get along with and know how to respect
the people we live with.
the loft is very roomy! 2 stories plus access to the roof via our kitchen.
kitchen is above the room that is available. my room is above my roommates
room accross the living room from the room available. the living room has a 2
story ceiling and plenty of room to run around. you will not feel closed in!
there are 2 full baths, 1 by the kitchen up top and the other next to the
living room. no internet as of now but we will get it as soon as you move in.
your room is spaciouse with a bare brick wall giving it character, a double
door entrance, and a semi walk in closet.
UTILITIES cost upwards of $300 which we post up and split even. (sorry no pics
