The apartment is a great, recently renovated duplex in a brownstone converted to apartments. The downstairs contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The living room is very sunny and well lit. The upstairs area is all one bedroom, the additional bathroom, and is also attached to an outdoor area. It's a great size and offers tons of privacy. This post is for the smaller downstairs bedroom. There's a grocery store and laundry facility on the block. It's five blocks away from the 2,3 train and 10 minute walk to the A,C, B, D.

I'm 25, female, and I'm looking for a female roommate who is laid back, non- smoking, not into hard drugs, fairly quiet, and reasonably clean. No pets, I'm completely allergic. It's also important to have a reliable source of income.

Move in date would be July 31st or August 1st, likely with a 1-year lease signing before that. That will include first, last, and security. The rent includes gas and water. Electricity and internet are split evenly and usually total $40-$60 per person.
