Atmosphere is Quiet, comfortable, cozy, adult. The Apartment and yard are well kept and serene, making for a peaceful, positive quality of life. We enjoy living here and are hoping for someone who will take the same care that we do and allow the same stability and serenity that currently exists here.

Looking for clean, responsible, professional adult who can take care of him/herself and attend to his/her responsibilities promptly. We do not leave dishes in the sink. We clean on a regular schedule and all do our part to keep a clean, peaceful environment to which we all enjoy coming home.

We do not smoke at home. We do not 'Party' at home.

I do have a loving pooch (boxer) who lives upstairs. I ask for someone that can enjoy her and hope for someone that will help take care of her.
