About This Apartment

1 BEDROOM AVAILABLE JUNE 1ST----- Located in a newly renovated 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2 Living Room duplex apartment.

The entire apartment was just renovated in August so everything is clean, modern & updated with fresh paint throughout.

The bedroom is located on the first floor, where there is another bedroom, a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a spacious living room and a full bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi tub. There is also access to an outdoor space/backyard from the first floor bedrooms.

It is a large bedroom with a GIGANTIC closet. The room is large enough to fit a King size bed as well as a full desk or a seating area/couch. There is tons of sunlight coming through a large window. There is an outdoor area right off of the room. You are able to access a small patio right off this bedroom and stairs that lead into a large enclosed backyard.

On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, a 2nd bathroom and living room.

My name is Heather, I work full-time as a bartender in a high volume night club. I live on the first floor. I have been living in this building for 7 plus years. I have a great relationship with the landlord. I also am the one who is on the lease and the bills are all in my name. You would not have to sign a lease, however, i am not looking for short-term tenants. I would like a minimum of a 1 year commitment.

The other roommates who reside upstairs are Aki and Rob. Aki works 60 hours/week. Rob is very busy as well, working full-time in editing, as well as attending grad school. He is a very easy going and laid back guy. Basically, everyone who lives here are very busy.

I am interested in filling the available room with a mature, professional individual.

This house is not a party house at all. We do not bring the party home from the bar and we are very respectful of each others sleep and work schedules.

I want my home to be a place to relax and unwind, not a place where there are random people hanging out all of the time. This includes your significant other, if you do have one. They shouldn't become our 5th roommate. That being said, I am not looking to fill the room with a couple.

We do not have pets living in the apartment and I am not in a place to gain any at this time. Also, we do not smoke cigarettes anywhere inside the apartment.

You should be the type of person who cleans up after yourself. The apartment is new and clean and I really strive to keep it that way.

The utilities run approximately $80-$120/ person/ month. The utilities include electric, gas, heat, water, a land line, Direct TV and high-speed DSL wireless internet.

The apartment is close to transportation.

We are equidistant to the L/G Lorimer station and the JMZ Lorimer station.

You will be needing $975 ( security deposit ) plus $975 ( June's rent ) to move in.
