I'm looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 1/3 bath apartment in Northgate. It's located minutes from the northgate mall a few blocks from I-5, close to 99 and lake city. Rent is $575 each but if you want off street parking it's $35 dollars a spot bringing the total to $610 for rent and parking. W/S/G is billed each month thru the apartment and has been running about 80-85 total the last few months but should be a little less in the summer. That and electricity would be split evenly between myself and you. I have Comcast cable and high speed Internet and if you also wanted that we could split that as well. There is a pool, 2 saunas, a rec room and a 24 hour fitness center, the building is controlled access and there are laundry rooms on each floor. You would have to be added to the lease which has 5 months renaming and would have to pass a credit app thru the complex. I'm 27 years old, a bartender and full-time student. The rooms are right next to each other and the walls are fairly thin so Im looking for someone with a steady job that can handle all bills but at the same time be comfortable with my odd schedule. No big parties but I will occasionally have a few friends over and cook dinner. There is one full bath with shower and tub and then a second bath with just toilet sink and vanity.
