We are a family renting a comfortable room in a big apartment in Olmstead Ave.
We are looking for a SINGLE person to occupy the room.
The apartment has one bathroom but there is never rush and a kitchen that we
all share.
We need a clean, responsible, considerate and "pay on time" roommate. Sorry,
no smoking, no drugs and no pets.
There is a 24hr Laundromat in front of the building, Restaurants, comercial
area. Between Parkchester and Castlehill on the 6 train.
Safe neighborhood. Pleasant apartment great for artists and students. We are
young but very "close Family like" environment. No shady business!
Wooden floors and two windows in every room, with lots of light.
Includes WIFI, basic Cable and basic utilities.
If you want to put an A/C during summer months there is an extra charge of $50
for electricity those months.
The room HAS ONE CLOSET.
