Room for Rent -- Available June 1 -- $800/Month + Utilities

the room:

9'X9', wood floors, 1 brick wall, 1 window, and 1 small closet. There is a full size bed with platform, but can be removed if you are bringing your own.

the apt:

1 of 2 apartments in building. Common living room with kitchen, and a bathroom too! Decent water pressure/heat. No bugs or rats.

the area:

2 blocks from J Hewes, 10 min walk to L Lorimer, the BQE and bridge are down the street. Bodega downstairs, and laundry around the corner.

the roomies:

2 guys, 30 & 35. 1 likes to cook, sell/drink wine, and scooter. Other is into yoga, sticking all things in the blender, bicycle, and computer. also, 1 good dog and 1 bipolar cat.

you:

We are not picky about gender or age, but we are looking for one who:

-Cleans up after self (i.e. do your dishes, turn the lights off when you leave) -Has minimal stuff (decent couch would be awesome though) -Non-smoker but 420friendly -Hygiene (better wash yo self foo) -Help maintain common area (not afraid to take out trash) -Purchase TP, paper towel, dish soap, sponge. . . occasionally the fine print:
