The place is awesome. I personally have lived here for 2 years and absolutely
love it. It's a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment right on South
street. You have the entire 3rd and 4th floors of the building. The apartment
has central air/heat, hardwood floors, exposed brick, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, and an AMAZING roofdeck with views of center city , old city and
south philly. The living room/ dining area is pretty large and has high
ceilings . The 2 bedrooms I am looking to rent are very large and have great
closet space, hardwood floors, and lots of light.
A little about me: I'm a young professional in my mid 20's. I am a student,
and work for a bank and for Whole Foods. Love sports (huge Phillies fan), good
food, and like to have fun on the weekends.
The rent is $566.67 each plus utilities. 1st, last and security deposit are
required by the landlord to move in. A $25 credit check is also required by
the landlord. It's a really fantastic apartment and in a great central area.
