Come to our house for June, July, or the whole summer!Couples welcome!

We have a huge bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom and optional bike available in our apartment starting June 1st. It is possible that it would be available after August as well.

The apartment is newly renovated and full of light. We have a huge living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. (the second bathroom is attached to the large bathroom so totally private).

We are three girls, from Ohio, Texas, and Spain. We love to have picnics and dinners together or watch a movie when we all end up at home at the same time. We are pretty laid back but we do keep a weekly cleaning schedule and we don't wear shoes in the house.

We are looking for a friendly roommate or roommates to spend the summer with. The room is available June- August and possible longer. $1300 a month and Utilities are usually 35 dollars.

We are located on 159th and St. Nicholas near the C train at 155 or the 1 train at 157th. There is a grocery store, library, delivery wine store, restaurants and state park with one of the oldest houses in Manhattan within two blocks of our house. Laundry is in the building in the basement. Riverside park is also close with the greenway bike path the runs all the way up and down Manhattan.
