Moving to Chicago for school and i have one month left on my lease (you have
the opportunity to sign a new lease with the landlord at the end of June).
I've loved the apt, been here all year - it's a full 1-bdrm apt, has two beds
(queen sized + futon), a full living room, separate kitchen, and bathroom.
Kitchen comes with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, silverware, microwave, gas
stove, oven, refrigerator, etc. AC in the apt, lights have dimmers. All
utilities are paid for with the 1200 rent. Apt is right across from the Jackie
Robinson Park. Very family-oriented area. Just a couple blocks away from the
A/C/B/D 145th train stop. Also close to the 3 train.
No credit check required. 1 months rent is paid upfront to move in.
I'm flexible about the move in date. Also this apartment can room 2+ people
comfortably - i had guests spending the night all the time.
