I am an older student looking to share my 1 bedroom apt. with a roommate. I
will give you the room and take the living room as I plan on traveling this
summer. My street has only private houses on it and is safe, well lit, just
below Riverside Dr. half a block from the park and two blocks from the 1 train
at 157. You may pay by the week or bi-weekly, however I need one month (first
two weeks and last) to move in, as I am looking for someone who has a job and
won't eat my food (sadly I have to actually type that due to past experience).
There are wood floors, a palladium window, a large closet and decent
facilities. The thing that makes my rent high is the location, so this is a
perfect place for someone who wants to save some money but not so much that
they have to live in an unsafe area, and includes utilities. Probably better
