I need to sublet my room. Its in the Upper West Side of Manhattan past
Columbia University; Washington Hts.
Its a 1000 sq. ft. apartment, 2 bed/1 bath. I am subletting out my room, so
there would be a roommate but that'll just help with rent. Its a great place,
for a good price. The building has its own laundry facility, it's a block and
a half from the 1 train station. 30 minutes to Lincoln Center or Times Square.
The rent is $897.50 a month (including water and gas), the only other bills
would be electric and wi-fi. The last part of the sublet would be pro-rated
since its not a full month. We are also asking for a $200 security deposit
that will be returned once the tenant moves out. There will be a small
subcontract that goes along with this, but mainly to have all bases covered.
My roommate and I live fun, easy-going, and respectable lives. I am an artist
who is being sent off for a gig this summer, and I need someone to take care
of my room for me.
The dates the sublet would be are June 15th - August 4th, and these dates are
somewhat flexible.
